What got you into football?

The love of the game and the excitement it brings to a young person growing up.

What one piece of advice would you give to aspiring young footballers?

Listen and learn.

What is your best moment of your coaching career?

Taking a team who were down and out having lost all their games and conceded over 100 goals the previous season, spent a season rebuilding then finished 2nd the following season scoring over 100 goals, conceded the least in the league and got to the Semi-Final of the Cup.
